Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday - Friday.

Personalised products require an extended lead time of 5-10 working days before dispatch due to the nature of creation including proofing stages where required. 

Regular Products: Allow 3-5 working days for dispatch.

Personalised Products: Allow 5-10 working days for dispatch.

Personalised Prints 

To maintain accuracy of each personalised print the customer is asked to ensure all information provided is accurate and correct at time of purchase. 

Customers purchasing prints including locations, names, dates etc. are asked to provide as much information as possible. Where possible an Eircode or exact location is best provided to ensure accuracy of location based prints. This information can be added at checkout or via email at shop@badgerandblue.com.

Should an incorrect detail be provided a replacement print will incur a cost to be paid by the customer. This cost will be taken via www.badgerandblue.com prior to recreation of the amended print.
